Refund policy

We stand behind our product so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order once it has been delivered.

We want to ensure our customers are happy with their NENR gear, but we do ask that if you are returning something it is a legitimate issue with the size, the fit, or related to a print-related issue that is not right. 

The customer will pay the shipping for the returned item, unless it is related to a defective issue return shipping will be covered.

REFUND TIMING: When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up immediately.
